You will receive an email containing your finished custom mascot digital PNG file as soon as I have completed the design. Please remember that each design is hand drawn to my liking and completely unique. Time frame for completion and email will depend on the demand, therefore I can not give an exact time frame for which your design will be completed. Time frame will not exceed 7 business days. 

PNG Templates are high resolution files that can be easily resized to fit your needs. 300dpi.

Please make sure you have the required software to use this graphic before making you purchase (eg. PhotoShop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw, PaintShop, Inkscape, Gimp, etc.)
